Meeting via Microsoft Teams

The following functionality is available for scheduling and starting Microsoft Teams meetings from Veeva CRM:

• Scheduling and Starting Microsoft Teams Meetings - Engage users can now schedule and start Microsoft Teams meetings from Veeva CRM
• Starting Microsoft Teams Meetings from Microsoft Outlook - To easily work across Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Veeva CRM, users can start Microsoft Teams meetings from calls synced to their Microsoft Outlook calendars
• Attendance Reporting for Microsoft Teams Meetings - To report on meeting attendee data, administrators can track attendance and length for Microsoft Teams meetings started from Veeva CRM.
