Engage Connect Advanced Functionality for CRM Users
Admins can enable the following advanced functionality for users:
- Enabling Engage Chat in CRM – Admins can configure CRM to allow users to view and send Engage chat messages
- Sending Engage Connection Invites to HCPs – Admins can configure CRM to allow users to send Engage connection invites to HCPs in CRM
- Importing Engage Connect Chat Logs into CRM as Call Records – Admins can configure CRM to import chat messages from Engage Connect as new Call2_vod records
- Importing Engage Connect Chat Logs into CRM as Chat Messages – Admins can configure CRM to import chat messages from Engage Connect as new records of a dedicated Chat_Message_vod object
