Granting Consent

HCPs can grant consent on the Consent Capture screen for specific channels and lines or for all lines for a channel using the global subscription buttons. The global subscription buttons are enabled by default.

To opt into a channel or line, select the appropriate toggle to shift it to the right, displaying green. To opt out, select the toggle to shift it to the left, displaying red.

To opt into all lines for a channel at once, select the Subscribe All button for the appropriate channel. To opt out, select the Unsubscribe All button.

Admins can define a specific format to display HCP names in the header of the Consent Capture screen. See Formatting HCP Display Names for more information.

Consent admins can disable the Subscribe All and Unsubscribe All buttons. See Managing the Consent Capture Screen for more information.
