Confirming Consent Changes with Signatures and Paper Consent IDs

After granting at least one opt-in consent, an HCP must confirm the consent changes with a signature on offline devices or paper consent IDs online.

After making consent changes on the Consent Capture screen offline, the HCP can:

  1. Select Continue.
  2. Select the check box beside the consent text.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Sign.
  5. Select Accept.
  6. Select Finish.

After making consent changes on the Consent Capture page online, the HCP can:

  1. Select Continue.
  2. Select the check box beside the consent text.
  3. Enter the Paper Consent ID.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Select Finish.
