Managing Channel Values

Users can add or edit an account’s channel value directly from the Consent Capture screen to ensure the information is correct.

For example, Sarah Jones wants to capture Dr. Clinton Ackerman’s consent for email. Dr. Ackerman notices his email address is incorrect, so Sarah updates it directly from the Consent Capture screen.

  1. Navigate to an account detail screen.
  2. Select the More Actions button.
  3. Select Consent Capture.
  4. Select the Edit icon beside the channel.
  5. Enter the appropriate channel value.
  6. Select Save.
