Network Integration Scheduler

The Mass Update button in My Accounts needs to be disabled when using the DCR process. To do this, navigate to Manage Veeva Settings. Search for DISABLE_MASS_UPDATE and select the check box to disable it.

Users can leverage the Process Scheduler to schedule Network integration tasks. Veeva recommends users schedule the two Network integration tasks separately, allowing users to run the Network DCR Retry (Outbound) Process and Network DCR Update (Inbound) Process independently. The All Network Integration Processes and Network Subscription Processes options are deprecated and should not be used.

If users decide to run two Network integration tasks separately, it is recommended to schedule the 2 tasks apart from each other. For example, users could set the Network DCR Retry (Outbound) Process to run at 0 minutes past the hour, then the Network DCR Update (Inbound) Process start 10-15 minutes after the hour. This reduces the chance the tasks interfere with each other.
