Updating Veeva CRM Account Fields for JD-NET

Several fields on the Account object are specific to JD-NET. This assumes that distributor, distributor branch, hospital, and pharmacy accounts have already been loaded in Veeva CRM.

In addition to the Account fields described in Updating Veeva CRM Account Fields, the following fields require specific attention from customers for JD-NET data:

Account Class

The Account Class field provides a descriptor for hospital and pharmacy accounts and is typically used for analysis purposes.

Hospital Type

The Hospital Type field is used to identify a hospital account as either a General Practitioner or a Hospital.

Parent Account

Each distributor branch must have its Parent Account field set to the corresponding Distributor account.
