Attendee Screen Sharing in Engage for Events

Admins can control attendee screen sharing permissions. This provides flexibility for how virtual events are hosted. Previously, attendee screen sharing was enabled by default.

For example, Sarah Jones is hosting a virtual event with Dr. Ackerman as an attendee. During the event, Dr. Ackerman wants to share his feedback on the presented content and is able to share his screen because Sarah’s company allows attendee screen sharing.

Configuring Attendee Screen Sharing in Virtual Events

To enable this feature, select the Allow Attendees to Share group meeting permission for the appropriate user groups.
