Displaying the Feedback Dialog

After a Suggestion is dismissed, a feedback dialog can be configured to prompt the user for feedback. Suggestion feedback questions are configured by updating the field labels with question text. There can be up to four questions in the feedback dialog. Questions are limited to 40 characters and have Yes/No answer types.

Object level permissions, Record Type Access, and FLS control visibility to features:

• User can see Feedback feature if they have access to the object
• User can access Feedback types through Record level access
• User can give feedback through FLS to fields

The Suggestion_Feedback_vod object stores the Dismissal feedback answers.
