Scheduling a Call in My Accounts
The Schedule a Call Button can be added to the My Accounts screen. This allows users to create Call records for a selected account or for multiple accounts. The Schedule a Call button displays on the My Accounts screen when a user has visibility to the My Schedule tab and the tab is displayed. If a user does not have access to the My Schedule tab or the tab is only accessible by clicking the All Tabs plus sign (+), the Schedule a Call button is hidden.
Users can select up to 200 accounts except on the Edge browser which has a limit of 190 accounts.
For example, Sarah Jones needs to schedule a call for Dr. Clinton Ackerman. She selects Schedule a Call and quickly creates the call directly from My Accounts.
