Timeline FiItering

Users can filter activities on the Timeline by Product and My Activities (User/OwnerId), allowing them to view data most relevant to them. This is particularly useful when an HCP has a large number of activities across different teams and products.

For example, Sarah Jones is meeting with an HCP and wants to review the recent interactions specific to her product. She filters activity on the Timeline for that HCP’s account.

Configuring Timeline Filtering

Ensure initial configuration is complete to use this functionality.

To enable this feature, select the Timeline_Filter_vod Veeva Setting check box.
