When setting goals for a specific product is deemed too granular, goals can be set for a detail group instead. MCCP supports the ability to set goals and calculate progress for details/detail topics within a detail group.
For example, Sarah Jones’s company sells a line of hypoallergenic baby formula. Her manager assigns the entire group of formula to Sarah’s MCCP, and Sarah chooses which specific product to detail during each call.
Ensure initial configuration is complete to use this functionality.
