The Cycle Plan Target List can be configured to display the number of calls remaining within a Classic Cycle Plan Target. This display provides an intuitive measurement of a user’s current progress in meeting their planned call goals.
For example, Sarah Jones needs to see how many remaining Cholecap calls she has before meeting her goal. She checks her Cycle Plan Target List and sees there is one remaining call. She schedules the call so she will make her goal.
Ensure initial configuration is complete to use this functionality.
