My Schedule User Interface Enhancements
To improve user experience for My Schedule’s Agenda View and for deleting calls in My Schedule’s Map View, Call Cycle View, and Week View, the following enhancements will be available to iOS users with the 22R2.0 release. Select the thumbnail to view a larger image.

Users can delete calls from Map View using the Select button.
To delete calls, users must have Delete OLS for the Call2_vod object.

In Week View, Call Cycle View, or Map View, the following do not display in Select mode:
- Submitted calls
- Saved calls with signatures
- Medical Events
- Time Off Territory
- Salesforce standard events
- All-day entries
- Entries where the user is not the record owner

The Edit Call option displays as Edit.

When users select More Actions from Agenda View, the More Actions menu is updated:
- The Cancel option no longer displays
- The Navigate option displays above the Edit option

The tag identifying the call type is gray, instead of teal.

In Week View, icons shrink to fit the entry’s height:
- Calls with a duration of 30 minutes or fewer can display up to two icons, instead of one
- For calls longer than 30 minutes, up to three icons can display depending on icon size, padding, device size and call duration
