The items listed below were added in 20R3.0. Maintenance items in the Veeva application are corrections to existing functionality.
Engage Web Client Hotfix (January 8, 2021)
In order to comply with a Zoom Security update, the Web Client is being updated for Engage.
Known Issue
When an HCP joins a meeting via the updated Web Client and leaves before the host ends the meeting, an additional Remote_Meeting_Attendee_vod record may be created. This additional Remote_Meeting_Attendee_vod record can be identified by a very short duration (approximately 1-2 seconds), no lookup to Call, and an alphanumeric string in the Participant ID.
