CLM JavaScript Library Update (January 20, 2021)
The CLM JavaScript library was updated to allow custom HTML fonts to render correctly for CLM content displayed on iOS14.2 or later.
Due to an Apple WKWebView behavior change starting in iOS 14.2, some CLM content may not load custom fonts or scale as expected when using Scale_to_Fit_vod for the iOS_Resolution_vod field. In general, this issue impacts custom HTML content using custom fonts and the CLM JavaScript library to query and process significant volumes of data, for example, slides with formulary processing.
The CLM JavaScript library version 203.1.201 uses the user content messaging method instead of document.location to pass a CLM API call from a user's content to Veeva CRM’s native code. Note that if the content is still using document.location or window.location elsewhere, the font issue may persist.
