CRM Desktop (Windows)

The CRM Desktop (Windows) platform enables users to access certain CRM functionality from their Windows computers that may not be available on the Online (Classic) or Online (Lightning) platforms.

Device and Software Requirements

The CRM Desktop (Windows) app runs on Windows 11 and Windows 10 Build 16299 (Fall Creators Update, version 1709) or later and is installed using a proprietary Microsoft Windows Desktop application, WinCRMInstaller.exe.

CRM Desktop (Windows) is supported on both Windows Enterprise and Professional editions.

Additionally, devices must have the following specifications:

  • Processor – 3rd generation Intel Core i3 dual-core. i5 or i7 are strongly recommended. At a minimum, an x86-based 64-bit processor is required.
  • Memory – Minimum 4GB Ram
  • Hard disk space – Minimum 128 GB
  • Screen resolution – Minimum 1920 x 1080
  • Graphics – When using integrated graphics hardware, this is driven by the central processor since the graphics unit is built on the same package as the core processor. At minimum, an Intel HD Graphics 4000 is required.


The CRM Desktop (Windows) platform can be used to select and display all available CLM presentations the user has access to. These presentations can either be downloaded to the user's local device as needed, or downloaded in advance.
