Creating a MyInsights Visualization for Speakers

Admins can create a MyInsights visualization to display detailed speaker information from other CRM objects and fields not available on the Speaker Tab. The visualization displays when users select a speaker from the Events Management Speaker tab.
For example, Sarah Jones is planning a speaker program for Restolar and wants to research who the most qualified speakers are. She navigates to the Events Management Speaker tab and filters the list of speakers to show only those that are qualified to speak on Restolar. When she selects a speaker, a MyInsights visualization displays that her company designed. The visualization provides her with additional data points.
SmartLinking is not available for this entry point.
Enabling the Speaker Visualization
Prerequisites:
- MyInsights initial configuration is complete
- Events Management is configured
- Ensure Speaker Tab is enabled
To enable the this feature:

Grant admins the following permissions:

Create an HTML_Report_vod record with the appropriate speaker profile record type and attach the content zip file. See Creating MyInsights Records for more information. The following record types are available:
- Full_Speaker_Profile_Default_vod - Used to display the visualization as the default tab when viewing the Speaker record.
- Full_Speaker_Profile_vod - Used to display the visualization as a secondary tab when viewing the Speaker record.
Integrating the Speaker Visualization with Veeva Link
The Speaker visualization supports displaying Veeva Link data for customers with an active Veeva Link subscription. The following additional enablement steps are required to display Veeva Link data on the visualization:

Place the VL_URL_vod field on the appropriate EM_Speaker_vod object page layout.

Populate the VL_URL_vod field on EM_Speaker_vod records with matching Veeva Link URLs. Contact your Veeva Link Business Contact if you need assistance.
Using the Speaker Visualization
Speaker visualizations are accessed from the default speaker tab or a secondary tab in the Sunrise bar, depending on how it is enabled.
As part of the MyInsights Onboarding feature, a Shareable button displays briefly in the lower right corner of the visualization when opened to indicate the page is shareable. See Sharing MyInsights Content for more information.
Using the Veeva Link OOTB MyInsights Visualization
To use the Veeva Link OOTB MyInsights visualization, contact your Veeva Link Business Contact.
You must have an active Veeva Link license and a matching exercise to identify Speakers in Veeva Link.
