Users and Roles in MyInsights

MyInsights has several different types of users, each of them with unique roles and responsibilities:

  • Content Creator
    • Creates and manages MyInsights pages and content zip file attachments
    • Defines end user visibility to MyInsights content
    • Uses MyInsights Studio to create and edit content
  • Content Developer
    • Creates dynamic and interactive customer-approved MyInsights content zip files using HTML and JavaScript
  • End User
    • Views MyInsights content
