Viewing Signatures on Multichannel Consent Records

Signatures captured when confirming consent can be rendered as images directly on multichannel consent records. Consent admins can navigate to the Multichannel Consents tab and select a multichannel consent record to view the captured signature if available. If a signature was not captured, the text from the MC_NO_SIGNATURE_PRESENT Veeva Message displays. By default, the text is No signature captured.
