Users and Roles in CLM
CLM has several different types of users, each with unique roles and responsibilities:
- Content Creator
- Creates customer-approved CLM content in Vault
- Integration User
- Manages Vault integration with CRM
- The user's language must be set to English in both Vault and CRM
- CRM Admin
- Loads and manages CLM content
- Uses a separate user profile for CRM admins with multichannel integration permissions
- End User
- Displays CLM content to accounts
