Features are new functionality in the Veeva application.
Getting Started with Veeva CRM and Salesforce Lightning
Veeva CRM now works with the Salesforce Lightning Experience. Lightning is Salesforce’s updated user experience with a focus on usability and efficiency. Veeva CRM customers can now transition their online users from the existing Classic Experience to the Lightning Experience.
Maintenance Items
Maintenance items in the Veeva application are corrections to existing functionality.
