Preparing for the Lightning Upgrade in Veeva CRM
Starting on August 30, 2019, as part of the sandbox early adopter program, customers can request the Veeva CRM ‘Lightning Ready’ Upgrade tab in sandbox orgs by submitting a support ticket. This allows customers to begin their overall Lightning readiness assessments. These sandbox orgs should be dedicated to Lightning readiness assessments and will be excluded from regular Veeva CRM minor releases. The Lightning Ready upgrade is not supported for production orgs in 19R2.
