Network for Japan

Veeva CRM Network Integration works the same in Japan as it does in the US, with the following exceptions:

• HCO name displays in search results instead of HCP address. Use the DISPLAY_PARENT_HCO_NAME_IN_NAS Network Setting to enable.

• Only the parentHCO records of type = Business Professional are imported. Use the ALLOWED_RELATIONSHIP_TYPE Network Setting with a semi-colon delimited relationship type to enable.

  This Network Setting is only applicable to HCP to HCO relationships.

Set the Network reference code in the ALLOWED_RELATIONSHIP_TYPE Network Setting, not the reference value.
