Session Settings

Beginning with the SalesForce Spring 18 release, all Veeva users should ensure the Redirections check box is not selected for all of Veeva CRM to function properly.

  1. Select Security Controls under Administration Setup.
  2. Select Session Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Redirections section.
  4. Ensure the Warn users before they are redirected outside of Salesforce check box is not selected.
