Users and Roles in Approved Notes
Approved Notes has several different types of users, each of them with unique roles and responsibilities:
- Compliance User
- Defines monitoring rules and phrases
- Receives an email with the results of each monitoring rule
- Reviews violations and provides feedback on the validity of the violation
- Integration User
- Credentials used to run the Approved Notes process
- End User
- Records information in text fields monitored by Approved Notes
