Loading Data Map Templates for JD-NET
A JD-NET data map template represents the mapping of the fields contained within the sales data files and the fields contained within the Fixed Reports repository. Because of the nature of JD-NET sales data, a separate Fixed Reports repository is used, employing a narrow table structure.
Data is not loaded into the Sales_Incremental_Transaction_vod object as this object exists for reference purposes only.
Like other Data_Map_Template_vod records, a JD-NET Data_Map_Template_vod record can be manually created from the Data Map Templates tab. Fewer fields are required for JD-NET specific sales data files as the control (CTL) files used to process the sales data files are used to drive many of the processing options.
