Configuring Signature Audit

Medical Inquiry signatures can be viewed and printed from the related list on an Account page.

Configuring Medical Inquiry Signature Audit

To configure this option: 

  1. Access the Account page layout.
  2. Add the View Signatures button in the Medical Inquiries related list. Clicking this button loads a table of the 50 most recent signatures, with the newest signatures displaying first.

Additionally, signatures can be audited on a user level from within the Rep Roster. Add the View Medical Inquiry Signatures button to the page layout to enable this feature. Clicking this button displays the 50 most recent signatures captured by the user for Medical Inquiries.
