Configuring Call Creation from a Medical Inquiry

To allow Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to respond to a Medical Inquiry in person, users can create a Call from a Medical Inquiry for follow-up activities.

To enable this feature:

1. Add the Record_a_Call_vod button to the Medical_Inquiry_vod page layout.
2. Grant READ/WRITE to the Medical_Inquiry_vod field on the Call object.

The Record a Call button only displays on submitted Medical Inquiries with an SFDC ID.

SFDC IDs are automatically entered unless the user is data loading.
