Contracts allow users to capture an agreement with an Account or multiple Accounts. For example, a contract can be an agreement between a pharmaceutical company and a pharmacy to influence ordering and promotional behavior or dictate where to display products. Contracts can be used to compare actual orders and promotions against what was previously agreed. Contracts work in conjunction with Order Management and Inventory Monitoring.
Admins can configure custom record types for contracts to capture signatures in ways that are not specific to Orders.
Contracts are created and managed online. Offline, users can create new agreements from templates and capture signatures.
