Contracts

Contracts allow reps to capture an agreement with an Account or multiple Accounts. These contracts can be agreements between a pharmaceutical company and a pharmacy to influence ordering and promotional behavior, for example, where to display products. Contracts can be used to compare actual orders and promotions against what was previously agreed. Contracts will work in conjunction with Order Management and Inventory Monitoring.

Customers can set up custom record types for contracts and capture signatures in ways that are not specific to Orders.

Contracts are created and managed online. Offline, users can create new agreements from templates and capture signatures.
