Hiding the Submit Button Online
In order to prevent duplicate submission of calls, the Submit button can be removed entirely from the call report in Veeva CRM Online, while still displaying on call reports on offline platforms. This ensures users can only submit a call from the offline platform, which helps to avoid sync errors or submission of calls that do not have the most up to date information.
Configuration for Hiding the Submit Button Online
Ensure initial configuration is complete before enabling this functionality.
To hide the Submit button for online users, add the –nso section signal to the zvod_buttons section of the appropriate Call2_vod page layouts.
