Suggestions Users and Roles

Suggestions has two types of users:

Admins – controls Suggestions in the following ways:
Managing suggestions, including facilitating suggestions data loading from external sources
End users – use Suggestions to do the following:
Scheduling calls
Sending emails
Setting call objectives for accounts
Gaining relevant insights for accounts
