Accounts Users and Roles

There are two types of Accounts users:

  • Admins – control accounts in the following ways:
  • Managing accounts
  • Managing users
  • Managing territories
  • Aligning accounts and users to territories
  • End users – use accounts to do the following:
  • Manage transactions
  • Plan and record calls and media interactions
  • Send emails
  • Create orders, inventory monitoring records, and medical inquiries
  • Explore and track account information, for example, publications, product restrictions, and suggestions
  • Modify accounts
