Accounts Users and Roles
There are two types of Accounts users:
- Admins – control accounts in the following ways:
- Managing accounts
- Managing users
- Managing territories
- Aligning accounts and users to territories
- End users – use accounts to do the following:
- Manage transactions
- Plan and record calls and media interactions
- Send emails
- Create orders, inventory monitoring records, and medical inquiries
- Explore and track account information, for example, publications, product restrictions, and suggestions
- Modify accounts
