Product Plans

Product Plans are stored in a custom object called Product_Plan_vod.

Configuring Product Plans

To allow users to apply product plans to account plans, mark the product plan on the Product_Plan_vod object as active. To prevent a product plan from being used in the future, mark it as Inactive.

Using Product Plans

Product Plans cannot be deleted once they have been referenced by a Submitted or In Progress call.

Fields can be created for this object. They display on the Product Plans page.

Product Plans also includes a basic Approval work flow. This workflow can be configured to meet your organization’s needs.
