Displaying CoBrowse Details in the Account Timeline

CoBrowse supports remote presentations given by users, and details of those presentations can be displayed on the Account Timeline.

For example, Sarah Jones is a KAM who needs to review information for the accounts in her territory. She opens the Timeline and quickly reviews the CoBrowse information listed.

Configuring CoBrowse Details in the Account Timeline

Ensure initial configuration is complete to use this functionality.

To enable this feature:

1. Add the zvod_Timeline_Calls_vod marker field on the Account_Overview_vod page layout.
2. Activate the Multichannel_Activity_vod and Multichannel_Activity_Line_vod VMOCs .
